Have you noticed how your psyche reacts to different pressures?

Do you feel that pressure from certain people feels heavier than from others?

Someone might bark at you, but you feel okay nevertheless :D

Someone “nice” might slightly bite you, then you cannot recover from it for many days…

Why? There are many individual reasons, explanations, psychiatric analyses etc. But that is not the point.

Just breath. Breath deeply many times. Instead of feeding your brain with all possible rational explanations, just provide it with oxygen. And notice, how real insights come from within, from your own deep Unconscious Mind. By breathing we are switching-off our conscious, control-freak, panicking, I-must-undestand-it-all Mind.

Let the control go. Give space and oxygen to your Unconscious Mind, where your unique true insights are lying. Only Unconscious Mind can dissipitate the Real Pressure (aka Self-Pressure).
